The staff is exceptional, providing personalized and attentive service. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with a big bath that adds a touch of luxury. The restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience, with a 5-course tasting menu that will delight your taste buds. The hotel also features a swimming pool, perfect for relaxation.
One downside is the lack of insulation between rooms, which can sometimes result in noisy neighbors.

The spacious room provided a comfortable and luxurious experience, making it perfect for a couple's weekend break. The hotel's location in a quiet and well-heeled part of Bordeaux was ideal, as it allowed us to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while still being within a short walk to the heart of the city.
It was a bit disappointing that the new gym, which we were informed would be open, was not yet accessible. This resulted in us packing gym kit unnecessarily and being unable to exercise as planned.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was great, especially considering we had two kids and a dog with us. It was everything was super clean, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff were great, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect - slightly outside of the center of Bordeaux, so it was calm and peaceful, but still within a 10-minute walk to the town center. The parking was seamless, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had an amazing and luxurious weekend at this hotel. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna, fulfilled our needs for relaxation and pampering. the spa lounge and beauty treatments were exceptional, and the full-body massage and Turkish bath were memorable experiences. the sun terrace was a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool and sun loungers.
The only minor issue was the lack of variety in the in-room breakfast options. the exceptional service at the restaurant more than made up for it with special diet menus and packed lunches.
